Meet Patrick Erdman, the new General Manager at Bacchus - A Bartolotta Restaurant.
How do you feel about being the new General Manager at Bacchus?
I am incredibly excited to work with my new team! There are some friendly, familiar faces that I look forward to seeing again as well as getting to know everyone else and the restaurant as a whole.
How did you get started in the restaurant business?
I have been in and out of the restaurant industry since I was 15 years old. My first job was at a family-owned frozen custard stand called Mickey’s, best summer job ever! I was a barista, a server, a bartender and eventually a bar manager for seven years. I was even a part-time fry cook at a “greasy spoon” restaurant.
What is your favorite dish at Bacchus?
I thoroughly enjoyed the Venison. Lindsey (my girlfriend) and I still talk about our meal we enjoyed there.
What do you do in your free time?
Spend time with my family, collect and enjoy hard-to-find beers. I love to cook and pretend to be up to date on the overload of available media we have at our fingertips.
