Joanne Reardon

Joanne Reardon serves as Senior Director of Finance for The Bartolotta Restaurants, the premier restaurant and catering group in the Greater Milwaukee region. A native of Wisconsin with close ties to the Milwaukee community and nearly a decade of leadership in the financial sector and restaurant industry, Mrs. Reardon provides oversight and strategy throughout The Bartolotta Restaurants’ finance and accounting divisions, with an emphasis on expanding the company’s award-winning portfolio.

Mrs. Reardon previously served in multiple roles at Seattle-based MOD Pizza, joining the organization as a Senior Financial Analyst and ascending to Director of Investor Relations and Strategy. During her tenure, she led corporate strategic planning, investor communications, and corporate development for more than 500 locations across the U.S. and Canada. She began her career as an investment banking analyst for Milwaukee- based firm Robert W. Baird & Co.

Mrs. Reardon holds a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from Marquette University where she was a member of the Applied Investment Management program. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant.
