MILWAUKEE, WI – With anticipation building ahead of The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant opening on the picturesque shores of Nagawicka Lake, The Bartolotta Restaurants, the premier restaurant and catering organization in the Greater Milwaukee region, has launched a search for exceptional talent to fill pivotal leadership roles at the new fine dining and events destination. The company will begin to conduct interviews for the restaurant’s first General Manager, Executive Chef, and Catering Sales Manager, with other hiring announcements expected to follow.

In the search for a General Manager, The Bartolotta Restaurants will identify individuals with the leadership experience needed to oversee day-to-day operations of The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant, as well as ensuring delivery of excellent guest experiences, service standards, food and beverage operations, and bringing the true ambiance of The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant to life.

The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurants’ Executive Chef will oversee culinary operations for the property. Learning from award-winning chef, owner, and co-founder Paul Bartolotta, this individual will be charged to deliver an innovative dining experience for our guests.

The Catering Sales Manager will ensure The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant continues The Bartolotta Restaurants’ tradition of executing exceptional special events for corporate and social clients. This person will work closely with clients to imagine and realize each event, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations.

Developed within an historic Nagawicka Lake waterfront property that first opened in 1905 as the Pleasant View Hotel and Resort, The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant is setting the stage to be the premier dining, catering, and events destination in Wisconsin’s Lake Country. The property will encompass a fine dining restaurant, designated catering and events space, and multiple outdoor experiences, all with majestic lake views.

The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant’s logo will feature a beloved mallard, representing the deep connection the property holds to Nagawicka Lake and Lake Country. Outfitted in a Commodore hat, the mallard playfully represents the reimagined vision for the historic location.
