Harbor House Announces New Executive Chef
Harbor House welcomes a new Executive Chef to the helm this week. Chef John Korycki will lead the kitchen at the restaurant known for its New England style, fresh seafood flown in daily and views of Lake Michigan and downtown Milwaukee. Chef Korycki previously worked alongside Chef and Co-Owner Paul Bartolotta at both Ristorante Bartolotta and Spiaggia and has a breadth of experience at kitchens in Illinois, Michigan and Missouri. Chef Korycki brings deep culinary expertise paired with experience in local farm sourcing, wine, guest experience, and management - all skills that will continue to elevate the dining experience at Harbor House.
Chef Korycki will begin his tenure working alongside Bartolotta’s Corporate Executive Chef Adam Siegel. Chef Korycki expressed his excitement about the position, “I’m thrilled to be back in Milwaukee and with the Bartolotta team at Harbor House. I’m excited to add a few of my own touches to their great menu, fresh fish and seafood program.” Chef Siegel added, “Chef Korycki will be a great addition to Harbor House with his extensive food knowledge and passion for the industry.
