Event Ticket Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 10 days or less prior to a special event will be refunded 50% of the total purchase price, including tax and gratuity, with payment issued in the form of a Bartolotta gift card. (note:  Refunds for events held at Harbor House will be issued a Harbor House gift card) Gift cards will be mailed to the purchaser at the address given at the time of purchase.

If The Bartolotta Restaurants cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, full refunds will be provided.

Tickets are transferable to another guest that would like to attend an event in the place of the purchaser.  Please call the restaurant hosting the event to inform the team of this change.
