Chablis Wine Dinner with Domaine Laroche

The team at Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro is pleased to host an evening highlighting the white burgundy wines of Domaine Laroche. Domaine Laroche epitomizes Chablis - the quality is impeccable, with all wines carrying the Chablis hallmark of crystalline purity and steely minerality. During the evening, Clément Renaud, Domaine Laroche Ambassador, will be on hand to guide us through the domaine's fascinating 160-year history and Chablis's championed terroir.

James Beard Award winner and Corporate Executive Chef Adam Siegel has created a five-course menu starting with an amuse reception to accentuate the bright, crisp flavors of the four Chablis pairings chosen for this evening.
