THE BARTOLOTTA RESTAURANTS ANNOUNCES CHEF AMANDA LANGLER AS NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF OF BARTOLOTTA’S LAKE PARK BISTRO
MILWAUKEE, WI – Chef Amanda Langler of The Bartolotta Restaurants will assume the helm of Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro, serving as the new Executive Chef of the premier dining and special events destination. Chef Langler has been a valuable member of The Bartolotta Restaurants family for more than 13 years, serving in multiple leadership roles within the company’s dining portfolio, most recently as Executive Chef of Mr. B’s – A Bartolotta Steakhouse – Brookfield.

Chef Langler has served in multiple leadership roles during her tenure with The Bartolotta Restaurants. She returns to Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro following five years as Executive Chef of Mr. B’s – A Bartolotta Steakhouse – Brookfield. Under her stewardship, the restaurant maintained its status as “One of America’s Top Steakhouses” – an honor bestowed by The Daily Meal. Chef Langler holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts and Chef Training from Kendall College and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Chef Langler has also served in the kitchens of Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club, The Rumpus Room – A Bartolotta Gastropub, and Harbor House.

Executive Chef Nick Wirth will continue to provide culinary oversight for Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant. He will also assume a new role within The Bartolotta Restaurants corporate culinary team, leveraging his talent and tenure to assist with developing the company’s culinary program in a variety of areas.
Corporate Executive Chef Aaron Bickham, along with Executive Chef Tournant James Dixon, a 14-year alum of The Bartolotta Restaurants, will provide culinary oversight and mentoring support for Chef Nick Aprahamian, who has recently joined as the Chef de Cuisine for Mr. B’s – A Bartolotta Steakhouse – Brookfield. A native of Milwaukee, Chef Aprahamian began his career assisting with his father Charles’ catering business and spent several years in Las Vegas honing his craft before returning to Wisconsin and joining The Bartolotta Restaurants.
